Bray Civic Centre
A mixed use development comprising the headquaters of Bray Town Hall Council, The East Coast Area Health Board and the Department of Social Welfare. New Circuit, District and Familt Courts have now also been added along with speculative offices, residential units, a theatre, restaurants and underground parking for 280 cars.
The development has provided a much needed hearth into the southern part of the Main Street, revitalizing the area and providing a much needed catalyst for future development in the vicinity.
St. Catherine’s Association
This project comprises 3 buildings, an adult day care centre, a headquaters building and a respite centre. Planning permission has been obtained for all three buildings and phase 1 commenced construction in 2025 for the Adult Day Care Centre. This single storey building of 672m² which will be used to provide care services for young adults and give a safe, calm and pleasant environment with the most sophisticated facilities currently available to cater for all needs.
